Implementation Gaps Analysis for Adolescents with Disabilities

UNFPA requires the provision of services on Adolescent Sexual Reproductive health (ASRH) and Rights Policy Implementation Gaps for Adolescents with Disabilities, as it is required on the attached Terms of Reference (Annex II)

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.

Terms of Reference (TOR)

Please see attached (Annex II).

Content of quotations

Quotations should be submitted in a single e-mail whenever possible, depending on file size. Quotations must contain:

1. Technical proposal, in response to the requirements outlined in the service requirements / TORs. Technical proposal shall include following documentation:

• Proven record in working and coordinating with people with disability organisations
• Proven record on conducting or supporting studies or research on People with Disability with clear understanding on sensitivity and culture of people with disability. Understand and apply Convention of Rights of People with Disability (CRPD) and right based approach when deal with people with disabilities
• Proven record on having good maintained network of people with organisations and organisations working for people with disability
• Team to collect and analyse data
• Service providers are requested to provide the company profile, portfolio of the previous work, clear and concise concept paper, work plan and fees.

2. Price quotation (see Annex III), to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form.  Price quotation shall be attached by details break-down costs. 

Both parts of the quotation must be signed by the bidding company’s relevant authority and submitted in PDF format.

Instructions for submission

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section IV above, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail to the contact person indicated below no later than Wednesday, 24 October 2018 at 16.00 hrs, Bangkok time.

Please note the following guidelines for electronic submissions:

• The following reference must be included in the email subject line: RFQ Nº UNFPA/THA/RFQ/18/004 – Gaps Analysis. Proposals that do not contain the correct email subject line may be overlooked by the procurement officer and therefore not considered.
• The total e-mail size may not exceed 20 MB (including e-mail body, encoded attachments and headers). Where the technical details are in large electronic files, it is recommended that these be sent separately before the deadline.

The deadline for submission of questions is Wednesday, 17 October 2018 at 16.00 hrs, Bangkok time. Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties as soon as possible after this deadline.
